1. L-methyl Tetrahydrofolate Calcium (USP) – 680 mcg

• Indications:
  • Treatment and prevention of folate deficiency.
  • Support in conditions associated with elevated homocysteine levels (e.g., cardiovascular diseases).
  • Used in patients with MTHFR gene mutations who have difficulty converting folic acid to active folate.
  • Supports neural tube development during pregnancy.
  • It may be beneficial in certain neurological disorders associated with folate deficiency.

2. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) (USP) – 35 mg

• Indications:
  • Treatment of vitamin B6 deficiency.
  • Management of certain types of anaemia.
  • Helps alleviate neurological symptoms, including peripheral neuropathy.
  • Used in cases of pyridoxine-dependent seizures.
  • Supports the metabolism of amino acids and the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
  • Sometimes used for nausea during pregnancy or premenstrual syndrome (with caution).

3. Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) (JP) – 2 mg

• Indications:
  • Treatment of Vitamin B12 deficiency (pernicious anaemia, megaloblastic anaemia).
  • Supports nervous system health; helps in neuropathy and neurodegenerative diseases.
  • May aid in recovery from nerve damage.
  • Used in cases of elevated homocysteine.
